Participation terms

 

Authenticity of the products:

 

Every exhibitor certifies that the products presented on his stand are self-made.

 

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO RESALE.

 

A picture on your stand from you during work is highly recommended.

 

Only the ceramic products (complete or put together), signed by the candidate ceramist, will be authorized on the stand.

 

Every candidate commits himself to respect the laws in place.

 

Participation fee:

 

The participation fee is 55€ VAT excluded (21%) for a stand of maximum 4 meters (possibility to extend it – 5€ per extra meter).

 

Once the selection committee has approved the application, the stand will only be ensured after payment on the asbl Espace Elément-Terre bank account (IBAN: BE32 6528 1406 4502 – BIC: BBRUBEBB) with the communication: Pottery Market 2023 + name of the artisan. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the payment is received.

Insurance:

 

The organizer accepts no responsibility with regard to breakage or theft, the exhibitor is free to insure himself for his own stand and for damage caused to others (i.e. arbor flying away,…).

 

Cancellation after the 1st of May 2023 won’t be reimbursed.

 

The organizer will assign the locations.

Entrance fee :

No entrance fee for the visitors, the entrance of the market is free


 

Event advertising

 

A dedicated advertising campaign is foreseen thanks to the collaboration of the communication studio Pitchu.be ;

 

A3/A4 posters and flyers (FR/NL) will be distributed in Wallonia, Flanders and North of France (stores, tourist offices, information points,…) ;

Info about the market on different website like “QueFaire.be” and other forums ;

 

Facebook campaign, mailing, Internet, Newsletter, Instagram ;

Advertising book distributed in the surrounding municipalities ;

 

Catalogue with the market exhibitors distributed to every visitor;

 

Car stickers

 

Editorials in local and national newspapers in Belgium and the North of France. ;
